At around 10:30pm Friday night, I was chatting it up with Bernard and Tony. Both of them had told me about the Ultimate Blogger contest by UrbanHonking. I decided to apply. What the Hell, right? Those kinds of things always seemed dicey at best and hardly indicative of the blogosphere. And wouldn’t ya know it…I got in. I’m one of the final 12 who’ll be competing in a series of “blog challenges” over the next six weeks to see who’ll claim the title of Ultimate Blogger. I wonder if I’m the only Black guy…or gay guy…or if I’m killing two birds with one stone. Hmm. That $500 package of theirs does look mighty tempting. This should be very interesting, and you know I got your back through this, maybe I’ll play along as well. I just wonder how many of the “300+” registrants were of color. Congrats, have fun and don’t iffy like Karamo.
