At around 10:30pm Friday night, I was chatting it up with Bernard and Tony. Both of them had told me about the Ultimate Blogger contest by UrbanHonking. I decided to apply. What the Hell, right? Those kinds of things always seemed dicey at best and hardly indicative of the blogosphere.
And wouldn’t ya know it…I got in. I’m one of the final 12 who’ll be competing in a series of “blog challenges” over the next six weeks to see who’ll claim the title of Ultimate Blogger. I wonder if I’m the only Black guy…or gay guy…or if I’m killing two birds with one stone. Hmm.
That $500 package of theirs does look mighty tempting.
UrbanHonking will be announcing the eleven people who are going to lose to me on Monday.

Okay I am intrigued to see how far you go with contest. I am not one for reality contests unless I have some personal involvement. Although I don’t you I am taking this challenge personal. I have been forced onto your blog by a number of friends and I like what I see. So handle your handle and let the game begin!!!
This should be very interesting, and you know I got your back through this, maybe I’ll play along as well. I just wonder how many of the “300+” registrants were of color. Congrats, have fun and don’t iffy like Karamo.
