Here I am, another Saturday night sitting at home watching Cartoon Network. At least there's new Justice League and Teen Titans, though. Had to go into work today and got into another tongue-lashing with Micro-Manager. Came home, cooked some chili, glazed carrots, peanut butter burgers and some tofu chocolate mousse. Oh yeah…and I recorded this blogcast. Make sure you give it a listen and let me know how it is. Also, RSS feeds are available in both Atom and RSS 2.0 flavors for syndication. In other news…I just heard on WRAS that Kanye West lost his Pepsi endorsement due to his "George Bush doesn't care about Black people" comment. DanceWithMe picked up on it as well. If you recall, in August of 2002, Ludacris lost his Pepsi endorsement as well, and the cola giant replaced him with The Osbournes. Pepsi-Cola is also behind the brands Quaker, Gatorade, Frito-Lay and Tropicana. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised to see Eminem shilling orange juice shortly. Enjoy. Links:

These past few days have been taxing on a brotha. I've been dodging bullets at work (almost got the axe - I'll have to elaborate on that later), had a bad date, got the silent treatment by Apollo (no comment), hung out with Charles and with Goofball, and been trying to manage a few side projects. Until I get the time to sit down and actually write a coherent post (or even record a decent blogcast), I'm on a brief respite from the site. In the meantime, the comments are open for any conversation you wish to have. The floor is open! Hell, I'll even give you a topic to start on and you can go from there (or not). Inspired by the audioblog/blogcast/podcasts of Donald and Bernard, I decided to record my own. Give it a listen and tell me what you think. It actually was a breeze to whip up; once I started talking, I had it down pat, then went and added music to the beginning and end and there it was. I'm making it sound simpler than it was, but I had to learn my way around Audacity first. I know it's rough around the edges, so bear with me (This little cheap microphone I'm using picked up the ceiling fan above me so that's what that background sound is)! If it looks like something I want to continue, I'll probably do it on a weekly basis and even set up a feed for it (Wordpress makes it remarkably simple). Enjoy! Links mentioned:
