Inspired by the audioblog/blogcast/podcasts of Donald and Bernard, I decided to record my own. Give it a listen and tell me what you think. It actually was a breeze to whip up; once I started talking, I had it down pat, then went and added music to the beginning and end and there it was. I’m making it sound simpler than it was, but I had to learn my way around Audacity first. I know it’s rough around the edges, so bear with me (This little cheap microphone I’m using picked up the ceiling fan above me so that’s what that background sound is)! If it looks like something I want to continue, I’ll probably do it on a weekly basis and even set up a feed for it (WordPress makes it remarkably simple). Enjoy!

Good to hear from you, literally. Hope it’ll be something semi-regular this time. By the way, yours truly is another black podcaster.

A good first podcast. You could do a whole series on being Black, gay and single, however.
First of all I can’t believe you mentioned Zap Mama! I love that group of ladies.
Great podcast!!! I agree with Bernie–you could do a series of shows on dating and being gay.
I also remember reading something similar to the technology that you mentioned in order to help facilitate meeting. In London they use Bluetooth technology to send out messages like, gay and looking to fuck. someone else with the same message in their pda or wireless fone who has the same message will be able to see that there is someone in the area with the same message. Then the only problem is finding out who’s Johnny.
I hope to hear more podcasts from you.
Fantastic Podcast. Very very well done, I hope it’s continued in days ahead.
great podcast.
it’s always really interesting to hear people’s voices.
#1. You and my first love must have family from the same area because y’all sound just alike!
#2. Enjoyed the podcast, you should definitely do more.
#3. Esthero is the ish, if I was in Atlanta, I’d be there
