This kicks off a four-part audio series about my experiences at the world’s largest all-male historically black college, Morehouse. Sure, you may think you know about it from third-party anecdotes, A Different World or School Daze, but you have no idea. Some of it was good, some of it was bad, but hey, that’s college, right? Stay tuned for Part 2 on next Sunday.

missy elliott and paula jai parker? wow.
great podcast. opens up some really interesting conversations about the college experience that need to be had.
looking forward to the rest.
damn. i got to wait a WHOLE WEEK to hear part 2?!?!? I don’t even like podcasts :( humph!!
Good job. Do we really have to wait until next Sunday – lol. Now, I have to take my laptop with me on a trip to DC in order to tune in. I always had a good opinion of Morehouse until recently. It would have been one of my choices for undergrad if I had been willing to leave my home state. Check out these two Keith Boykin entries on Morehouse http://www.keithboykin.com/arch/000474.html and Black and Gay at Morehouse
Shem hotep!
Why do African Americans like to talk trash about Africans? It’s just messed up.
damn damn damn!! when you said that some of college experiences were bad, i never imagined this!
so much drama in three months, how did you survive? i guess i’ll have to wait until next sunday to find out…unless you wanna email me…
i would offer you some advice and heartfelt words of compassion, since it appears that you are still very angry about what happened (and for good reason). but, you know, i just don’t care that much about you as a person..:)

p.s.- your descriptions of those fine, delectable men had me shivering and licking my lips… 8====D
Cool site, my man. Can’t wait to see what happened at the Morehouse.

Wow! Some of your experiences are like some southern gothic Tennessee Williams drama. I am truly sorry that you had to experience all of this horror and pain.

WOW…I am so looking forward to see what happened next. The politics of Morehouse…and everything else that goes with it…
many points on the 4-hero themesong!
