7 Whole Days And Not A Word From Karsh
Posted on 02/26/06 @ 2:08 pm

Karsh extends the olive branch to Micro-Manager…and she refuses! Once again, it’s on! In school news, Karsh shoots to the head of the class…this could be it! Opportunity is still pulling failing marks in the subject of “emotional support”. Maybe it’s time for an expulsion. Also, British sitcoms and Ultimate Blogger 2! Keep sending those e-mails to karsh@blackgayblogger.com.

  1. Sup Karsh? I so totally love your voice on these podcasts. I actually subscribed a few months ago (accidentally) and yesterday noticed that I have a couple of them on my ipod …kewlness.

    That’s all I got ..hahahahahaha!
    Holla!

  2. Hey Karsh…if you aren’t getting what you need out of that relationship then you need to cut your losses and leave it on a high note with the Valentine’s memories. Congrats on that class you are taking…you are on your way to big things!

  3. Anytime a company is having a problem with an employee that could potentially sue them sucessfully, then they “phase out” the position. Then they create a “new” position with a slightly different job decsription and hire someone else for it. This way you’d have a hard time proving wrongful termination. I’ve seen this happen at least three times. And HR isn’t there to help resolve anything, they’re there to keep the company from being sued. If I were you I’d file my complaint right away. They have to behave if you take it outside of the company. And tempting as it my be you shouldn’t quit. A friend of mine was treated in this exact same way after she took issue with an abusive manager and her position was “phased out.” She got unemployment and an out of court settlement. Now she’s running her own business and taking her old employer’s clients. Another person filed her complaint before her job was phased out, and they couldn’t get rid of her until the whole thing was resloved. It gave her time to find a new job. Good Luck! Love the blogcasts!
