- Lesson learned: don’t eat the free deli sandwiches at an outdoor reception. My stomach is paying for it. Ugh….
- For y’all that might be interested, the Blogging While Black Revisited podcast of the forum is up on SXSW’s site. I may go to SXSW next year, but do you think they’ll put “Broke Ass Negro” as my title?
- Cingular is going back to the AT&T Wireless brand, right after I had a new phone sent to me because it was AT&T Wireless and simlocked. Great…. I guess the company wised up with their terrible ass customer service and decided to go back to Big Blue.
- For those of y’all out there watching the minutes on your cell phone plan relentlessly, let MinuteWatcher help you get control.
- Terry Mac is going to speak at the Savannah College of Art and Design this Monday. I think I’m going to show up with a bucket of tomatoes, just in case.
- No Vin pic, but I’ll leave you with this. Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, which a large number of people are going to use as an excuse to get drunk off of an $8 pitcher of margaritas at the local Mexaurant. Those same people probably get sloshed on St. Patrick’s Day also. Thing is, those same folks are probably not supporters of the immigration debate, but will easily have some drinks in the name of “Mexican Independence”. Ironic, isn’t it?

You’re coming next year. That’s all there is to it. And you’ll get to choose your title.
Looks like the Battle of Puebla was May 5, 1862 but Mexican Independence Day is celebrated on Sept. 16. (I got schooled over here.)
