File papers on these bitches! They are violating so many rules. Bombard them with so much paper work that they have to respond to that they will either fire her or fire you but either way you will be free of them.

I've never had to work in a situation like yours (although I have heard of similar stories from others). The no-lunch thing clearly demonstrates your manager is ignorant. My next call would've been HR, then DOL.
