I’m trying something new here — a scripted format. After listening to several other podcasts for the past few weeks, I’ve been tweaking and retooling this here show and I hope you like the change. If not, then I’ll just go back to my regular ramblings. There’s an updated on The Snobbers, AboveTheLife.com, the gay bashing incident here in Southwest Atlanta and my take on it as well as some other news. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to drop me a line at karsh@blackgayblogger.com.

i liked the conciseness of the blogcast, and the subject matter was on point. however, as i listened, you sounded a bit stilted. in the unscripted casts, you come across as much more natural and at home. this of course, is the risk that’s run w/ anything that’s scripted. i think once you get used to having a script (that is, if you decide to do another that way), it’ll reflect more of the real you.
i like the scripted format. you got out everything you wanted to say and there were no gaps. i will comment though that it sounded too scripted and you read a little bit too fast at times.
other than that, i would say keep the script
I liked the new format. It kept my attention and gave the show an order that is lacking when you are ad libbing.
As for those co-workers, since they are intimidated by you, use that to your advantage.
