Truth Wins Out is a group put together by Wayne Benson to counter the hateful lies of groups like Love Won Out by bringing to the forefront people who went through these programs and regretted it.

Send a small check if you're not too busy.

After Focus on the Anus leaves town, somebody should buy billboard space and put up a sign "I Tried to Change. It Isn't Possible."

First of all, thanks for the mention! =o) As for the billboard, I drove by it this weekend, and thought to myself... I should climb up there, and put a little "not" between "change is" and "possible"... level the playing field...

I've seen that billboard too and what I find really interesting - besides the fact that its huge and its over a major freeway in downtown Atlanta - is that there's a black man in the ad. Looking at the website there's not a single black face on it but somehow a black man has been enlisted to be the poster child for their campaign. Says a lot about who they're deliberately trying to market to (recruit). On the one hand it pisses me off because its so blantantly manipulative and says a lot about the overt homophobia that exists here. But on the other hand I know there'll be a gang of self hating brothas up in there trying to get changed and I can't get with that either. Sad.

OK Karsh, now I know we haven't been in touch like we should be, but...

He had typed Gucci into his photograph? That's like... no that is telling on one self.

Head up, bro. :)
